🔌 Server Won't Start?

Make sure your payment was processed successfully. Check your dashboard for server status. If it shows "provisioning", wait a few minutes (setup time varies by game). If issues persist, email us with your server ID.

🌐 Can't Connect to Server?

Verify you're using the correct IP and port from your dashboard. Make sure the server shows as "online". Check if you need to whitelist players for certain games.

💳 Payment Issues?

We use Stripe for secure payments. If your card was declined, try another card or contact your bank. For refunds or billing questions, email us with your order details.
